The iPhone 11 features a 6.1-inch touch-sensitive retina liquid crystal display with a resolution of 828 by 1792 pixels. This corresponds to a pixel density of 326 pixels per inch. It has 3 cameras. It has a 12 megapixel dual camera with ultra wide angle and wide angle lenses. The ultra wide angle lens releases with an ƒ/2.4 aperture and 120° field of view. The wide angle lens releases with an ƒ/1.8 aperture. The iPhone now has a night mode that brightens up the picture when the light is too low. It also has a 12-megapixel front camera.

The iPhone 11 is available in six different colours with the designations purple, yellow, green, black, white and red (in cooperation with the Product Red initiative). iPhone 11 has a matt glass rear camera body and a glossy glass back. iPhone 11 is rated IP68 according to IEC Standard 60529, providing up to 30 minutes of protection from water ingress at a depth of up to 2 meters.

The iPhone 11 is powered by an "Apple A13 Bionic" processor. It has 4GB RAM and 64GB, 128 or 256GB flash memory. It also supports Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), LTE (gigabit class, up to 30 LTE bands), Apple Pay and Dual SIMs, a hardware Nano SIM, and a software-based eSIM.

The iPhone 11 supports fast charging and wireless Qi charging.
