The battery grip offers you much better handling when taking pictures in portrait format. Photos in portrait format can be easily and conveniently captured with a trigger attached to the bottom.

This product comes with two removable battery holders, one for rechargeable batteries and one for AA batteries. Equipped with two LP-E6 or six Mignon batteries, the battery handle allows a longer operation than with the use of a single battery. This gives the camera more persistence during long "photo campaigns". On the underside, the portrait handle has a tripod thread for attachment to a tripod and an eyelet for attaching a hand strap. The battery handle harmonizes with the camera design and provides better handling. They will never be stopped again by "fuel shortage".
