The Yongnuo YNE3-RX radio receiver is the perfect complement for those who use the Canon RT radio system to create their own artwork. With the YNE3-RX radio receiver, older, dusty and gray Canon or Yongnuo E-TTL flash units can also be completely remote-controlled via devices with the RT radio system (Canon 600EX-RT, ST-E3-RT & Yongnuo YN600EX-RT, YN-E3-RT).

 

The YNE3-RX radio receiver can also be connected to studio flash units via the integrated PC sync socket using the coiled cable supplied, which can then also be controlled via the Canon RT radio system. The YNE3-RX radio receiver is equipped with a 2.4 GHz radio system and offers a range of up to 100 meters. The illuminated display with battery indicator, a flash foot with integrated 1/4 inch thread and the possibility of firmware update via USB (only for Windows) round off the functional range of the YNE3-RX radio receiver and will actively support you in creating your photographic works of art in the future.

Full X-synchronisation also with Canon camera models before 2012

With the YN-E3-RT all times of X-synchronisation can also be used with Canon camera models built before 2012 (7D, 5D II, 500D, 700D, etc.).

 

Use in manual mode on non-Canon cameras

The YN-E3-RT can also be used on non-Canon cameras with standard flash shoe. The flash intensity of the flash units can be set in manual mode and transmitted via the test flash button.

 

Group mode also with Canon camera models before 2012

Also all Canon camera models built before 2012 (7D, 5D II etc.) which have a flash control menu have full access to the group control with 5 groups which can be individually set to ETTL / Manual / External Auto / & OFF. This gives you more options than Canon has planned.

 

Synchronisation to 2nd curtain

In addition to synchronization to the 1st curtain, the YN-E3-RT has the Second Curtain Synchronization (SCS) function.

 

Firmware update via USB

The firmware of the YN-E3-RT can be updated via the mini-USB connection. This means that you are optimally equipped for the future when new functions are implemented.

 

100 metre range

In contrast to the Canon ST-E3-RT's range of 30 metres, the Yongnuo YN-E3-RT offers a range of over 100 metres.

 

Camera Remote release

The transmitter can also be used as a camera remote release. The corresponding cable is supplied.

 

Autofocus Assist Light

When using the Yongnuo YN-E3-RT in a dark environment, the built-in LED autofocus auxiliary light is particularly useful to enable the camera to focus reasonably or even at all. Missing at Canon, unfortunately.
