The iPhone 11 features a 6.1-inch touch-sensitive retina liquid crystal display with a resolution of 828 by 1792 pixels. This corresponds to a pixel density of 326 pixels per inch. It has 3 cameras. It has a 12 megapixel dual camera with ultra wide angle and wide angle lenses. The ultra wide angle lens releases with an ƒ/2.4 aperture and 120° field of view. The wide angle lens releases with an ƒ/1.8 aperture. The iPhone now has a night mode that brightens up the picture when the light is too low. It also has a 12-megapixel front camera.

The iPhone 11 is available in six different colours with the designations purple, yellow, green, black, white and red (in cooperation with the Product Red initiative). iPhone 11 has a matt glass rear camera body and a glossy glass back. iPhone 11 is rated IP68 according to IEC Standard 60529, providing up to 30 minutes of protection from water ingress at a depth of up to 2 meters.

The iPhone 11 is powered by an "Apple A13 Bionic" processor. It has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB, 128 or 256 GB flash memory. It also supports Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), LTE (gigabit class, up to 30 LTE bands), Apple Pay and Dual SIMs, a hardware Nano SIM, and a software-based eSIM.

The iPhone 11 supports fast charging and wireless Qi charging.

L'iPhone 12 en bref

 

L'iPhone 12 est doté d'un écran OLED tactile de 6,1 pouces qui offre une résolution de 2532 × 1170 pixels. Apple intègre le nouveau système sur puce A14 Bionic dans l'iPhone 12. Le modèle 12 dispose de 3 caméras. Le design est basé sur l'iPad Pro et le nouvel iPad Air 4. L'iPhone 12 est disponible en cinq variantes de couleurs différentes appelées Blanc, Noir, Bleu, Vert et Rouge. L'iPhone 12 est le premier iPhone à être doté de la connectivité 5G.

Comme le prédécesseur, le dos est toujours en verre afin de permettre la charge inductive. Le verre du boîtier de l'appareil photo est mat, tandis que le reste du dos est brillant. L'iPhone 12 est classé IP68 selon la norme CEI 60529 et est donc protégé contre la pénétration d'eau pendant 30 minutes dans une profondeur d'eau allant jusqu'à 6 m.

Dans l'iPhone 12, Apple installe le système sur puce A14 Bionic, déjà connu de l'iPad Air 4. Il s'agit de la même puce que celle de l'iPhone 12 Pro, mais la taille de la RAM est de 4 Go au lieu de 6 Go. Les tailles de stockage disponibles sont de 64 Go, 128 Go et 256 Go. Il prend en charge les technologies 5G, LTE, UMTS, GSM, Wi-Fi 6 avec MIMO 2x2, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, Beidou, Ultra Wideband, double SIM (nano-SIM et eSIM), Apple Pay.

L'iPhone 12 permet une recharge rapide et une recharge sans fil Qi.
